This evidence-based program focuses on managing osteoarthritis through education and targeted exercise. Recognized as a best-first treatment, the program also includes group exercise sessions twice per week for six weeks to improve your control, confidence and strength in the joint.
This is a holistic program designed for elderly individuals and aims to improve balance, strength, and confidence, reducing the risk of falls and enhancing quality of life.
