Overuse injuries

Overuse injuries can affect all parts of the body, and typically occur when a muscle, tendon or joint is overworked. We’ll work closely with you to understand the cause and implement the best therapeutic treatments, ensuring you get back to doing the things you love.

Our Approach

We take great pride in being able to support you to reach your goals, which is why we collaborate with you every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout your treatment. Our approach involves the following steps:

1
Comprehensive Assessment

We start with a detailed evaluation to understand your current condition and medical history. This involves having a consultation as well as an assessment, which is essential in identifying effective treatment strategies.

2
Diagnosis and Education

Following your assessment, one of our trained physiotherapists will clearly explain your diagnosis. They will work with you to help you understand your condition, how to best manage it going forward and how to prevent recurrence, keeping you at your best.

3
Personalised Treatment Options

We present you with various treatment options based on your goals and preferences, collaborating with you to choose the best approach that ensures your needs are met with comfort and trust.
